This month's challenging Cross-stitch puzzle is "Ideal partners".

Solve the clues then transfer the letters into the quotation grid. Some work back and forwards between the grid and the clues may be necessary to solve the puzzle.

Remember, the initial letters of your answers will spell out the name of the author of the mystery quotation and the title of the work from which the quotation was sourced.

There is also a message embedded in the quotation grid. You'll have to navigate the arrow maze to reveal its secret!
