A man presents himself at the psychiatrist's office wearing only shorts made of cling wrap...

To discover what the psychiatrist says, write out the following 'stockpile' of letters in order exactly as they appear in blue, then carefully follow the instructions. The solution will be revealed at step 15.

ONLYSHORTSMADEOFCLINGWRAP

1. Delete the letters H, M, F, W, and P.

2. Move the rightmost letter and place it in the leftmost position.

3. Remove the rightmost six letters and rewrite them, in that order, between the third and fourth letters of the stockpile.

4. Add the letter U to the stockpile so that a word meaning, "BITTER" is formed reading left to right somewhere amongst the letters.

5. Move the leftmost letter O one position to the left, and the letter E eleven positions to the left.

6. Delete the word meaning, "FUSS" that can be found reading left to right in the stockpile.

7. Place an E between the letters S and O that appear side-by-side in the stockpile.

8. Add another letter A so that a word meaning "ADVANCED" is formed reading left to right somewhere in the stockpile.

9. Take the sixth letter out; rewrite this letter in the leftmost position.

10. Move the second N from the left nine places to the right.

11. Duplicate, in order, the two letters that appear immediately after this second letter N so that they also appear immediately to the left of this second letter N.

12. Place an E between the R and the N that occur beside each other in the stockpile.

13. Insert another C so it is the third letter back from the existing C, and insert another Y so it is the third letter after the existing Y.

14. Double the second E.

15. Remove the first O, the G, and the rightmost letter R.
